Car Mommy is a mobile window tint and detailing business working out of Coral Springs. Every job happens at your house. There is no shop, and that is on purpose.
Straight answers
Because we are starting out and reviews are worth more to us right now than margin. It is the same $100 for everyone and it goes up once the calendar fills.
Nobody gets a different price for leaving a review, and we will never ask you to leave one before you have seen the work.
It is the point. You do not drop your car anywhere, you do not wait in a room, and you do not lose half a Saturday. We come to the driveway and you carry on with your day.
What a shop gives you is somewhere to complain to. We handle that by walking the car with you before you pay.
We read the one, two and three star reviews of every detailer and tint shop in this corridor and wrote down every complaint that came up more than once. Then we built the way we work around not doing those things.
The top three were: turning up late with no call, leaving parts of the car undone, and the price changing. Those are the three we take most seriously.
Illegal tint. Dyed film. Darker than the statute allows on your front windows, however nicely you ask. Working in sustained wind where we know the result will be contaminated.
We would rather lose the job than do one we will have to redo.
Honest
We do not have hundreds of reviews. We do not have a wall of badges. We are a new business and the first customers are taking a chance on us, which is exactly why the price is what it is.
What we can promise is the stuff that does not depend on age: turning up when we said, finishing the whole car, charging what we quoted, and coming back for free if something is wrong.
